Toyota IT2 doesn’t support diagnosis for Suzuki?

Q: I bought from uobd2 a Toyota tester IT2; it fails to work with my car s from 2000-2006 year, but works with the car models before 2000 year and that of after 2006 year
A: It depends on what car model, Toyota tester IT2 only works with Suzuki from North America market, not works with Suzuki from the other left market. Toyota IT2 works with most model of Toyota made after 2000 and Lexus.
Q: But my car model is Toyota, why it can’t work?
A: I send you Toyota IT2 software version 2010, you have a try.
Q: yeah, I receive it, but still not work, why?????
A: OK, I send you software version 2011.
Q: yeah, it works now.
